CEO and Founder
As CEO and Founder of AllCity Adjusting, Andy Gurczak brings over 20 years of combined insurance and construction experience to the industry. His vision is to grow AllCity into the largest adjusting company in America, all while staying focused on what matters most—taking care of clients. Andy is relentless in fighting for policyholders, exhausting every option to recover every dollar owed.
Andy believes in leading by example and expects the same commitment from his team. Rather than embracing a traditional “boss” mindset, he fosters a family-like culture at AllCity, where dedication, trust, and teamwork drive success. Guided by his family motto, “If you’re going to do something, do it right,” Andy instills this same standard of excellence across the company.
Outside of work, Andy is a proud husband and father of three energetic boys. He enjoys time at the family lake house, being out on the boat, cheering on his beloved Green Bay Packers—13-time world champions—and continuously thinking of ways to take AllCity to the next level.
Adrian Martino
Senior Public Adjuster
As a Senior Public Adjuster at AllCity Adjusting, Adrian Martino is dedicated to helping people and businesses navigate complex insurance policies with confidence. His goal is to provide peace of mind while ensuring that claims are maximized and clients are fully aware of their options and exposures. Specializing in business claims, Adrian brings both expertise and firsthand knowledge of what it takes for companies to recover after a loss.
Adrian’s path to public adjusting began when a family member experienced a claim, and he stepped in to help. With years of experience as a successful entrepreneur—including owning his first restaurant at just 18—he understands the challenges business owners face and takes pride in making sure clients have every opportunity to restore their lives and move forward.
Outside of work, Adrian enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, relaxing at their lake house, and traveling to support his kids at their sporting events.
Ashlee Rosas
President of Operations and Senior Adjuster
As President of Operations and Senior Adjuster at AllCity Adjusting, Ashlee Rosas brings over 15 years of insurance industry experience to guiding clients through complex and often overwhelming claims. She holds FSRT (Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician), WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician), and ASD (Applied Structural Drying) certifications, blending technical expertise with hands-on knowledge to secure the best possible outcomes.
Ashlee is passionate about advocating for policyholders and leads with honesty, kindness, and respect. She ensures that every claim is treated as more than paperwork—recognizing that it represents a family’s home, a business’s future, or someone’s peace of mind.
Outside of work, Ashlee enjoys spending time with animals, connecting with loved ones, and giving back to her community
Mandy Ellis
Contents Inventory Specialist
As a Contents Inventory Specialist at AllCity Adjusting, Mandy Ellis plays a vital role in helping clients recover and document their personal property after loss or damage. With a sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills, she ensures that every item is accurately assessed and recorded, providing clients with peace of mind during difficult times.

Outside of work, Mandy enjoys spending time outdoors, especially kayaking and hiking during the summer months

Tiffany Sprouse
Office Administrator
As Office Administrator at AllCity Adjusting, Tiffany Sprouse brings over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. She ensures that daily operations run smoothly while supporting both clients and the adjusting team. With a strong background in claims handling and policy knowledge, Tiffany helps guide clients through the claims process with confidence and care.
Tiffany earned her Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Administration from Ivy Tech Community College. She is recognized for her organizational expertise, professionalism, and dedication to keeping the AllCity team operating efficiently and effectively.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. Her clientfocused approach and commitment to excellence make her an essential part of AllCity Adjusting.
Chris Tonelli
VP of Personal Property
As VP of Personal Property at AllCity Adjusting, Chris Tonelli is known for his attention to detail and thorough approach to documenting claims. His role allows him to combine professionalism with a passion for accuracy, ensuring that every client’s property is properly assessed and reported to the insurance company.
Chris brings a unique perspective to his work, enjoying the opportunity to explore new places while supporting clients during difficult times. His commitment to precision and care helps policyholders feel confident that their losses are fully recognized and represented.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys a variety of hobbies—from riding his motorcycle, electric skateboard, or bicycle, to relaxing with Legos or daily Xbox sessions. He also looks forward to his annual trip to the beach as a way to recharge and unwind.
Suzanna Wolfe
Contents Specialist
As a Contents Specialist at AllCity Adjusting, Suzanna Wolfe takes pride in helping clients recover the full value of their belongings with accuracy and care. She ensures that every detail is documented properly so clients can move forward with confidence after a loss.
Suzanna is known for her thoroughness and client-focused approach, bringing both professionalism and compassion to her role. She is dedicated to making the contents process as smooth as possible for families and businesses during difficult times.
Outside of work, Suzanna enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, kayaking, hiking, and exploring new places with family and friends—always with a good cup of coffee in hand.
Ryan Schubert
Senior Estimator
As Senior Estimator at AllCity Adjusting, Ryan Schubert, WRT, FSRT, brings over 15 years of diverse claims experience to the team. A graduate of Davenport University with a Bachelor’s in Management, Ryan applies both education and experience to scope properties, document damages, and produce accurate, detailed estimates for every claim. His background spans contents, inside and catastrophe field work, as well as auto and casualty claims.
Ryan is recognized for his technical knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. With certifications in WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician) and FSRT (Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician), he ensures that no detail is overlooked and that policyholders receive the strongest possible representation in the claims process.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys rooting for his favorite Chicago teams—the White Sox, Blackhawks, and Bears. He is also an avid fan of motorsports and professional darts. A lifelong drummer who has performed in multiple bands, Ryan continues to pursue music while also enjoying disc golf in his spare time.
